Ryan Lucas

Hello! I’m Ryan Lucas, the CEO and co-founder of Electric Life Media + Design. With over 5 years of experience in marketing, including a Vice President role and a year as a Brand Communications Manager with Quanta Services, I bring a wealth of expertise and creativity to the table.

In March 2020, I founded the highly successful Powerline Podcast, which I later sold in March 2022. I’ve remained as the host and continue to grow the audience with my unique perspective and storytelling abilities.

I have a proven track record of creating niche audiences and a mass following for multiple companies in the trade industries. I have extensive experience in creating, and marketing, successful online courses, ecommerce platforms, podcasts, and social media campaigns.

My passion lies in combining my creative storytelling and visual abilities to deliver a full, immersive experience for the end user. I love working with brands looking to stand out in the crowded marketplace.

Dex Frost

My name is Dex Frost and I’ve been creating content for over 10 years.

I have been blessed to work in many different worlds:

Shooting from a minivan, chased by an INDYCAR at 150km/h. Check.

On top of a 10,000ft mountain with the US Olympic Ski Team. Check.

Create Billboards for citywide outdoor transit distribution. Check.

Edit and Produce more than 30 TV Commercials. Check.

All of these experiences were amazing and came with serious responsibilities & challenges. These were the best learning tools.

The learning never stops — I have made it my mission to perfect my art, expand my knowledge and master different styles and platforms.

By continually educating myself, I better understand production roles, client expectations and project time management to achieve higher goals.

Vicky Allaby

Hey there, I'm Vicky but everyone calls me Vic — you can too! I'm also the co-founder of this amazing creative studio! Let me share a little bit about my journey.

I’ve always been creative and entrepreneurial at heart, spending my free time learning photography and digital design and selling my designed jewellery, photos, art and graphics for fun. Somewhere along the way, I was sold the idea that following creative pursuits would not sustain an adult life so I pursued the corporate world for nearly a decade right after graduating (with a brief stint in uni in between). I focused on climbing the ladder and taking advantage of every opportunity to learn something new but I found myself constantly reinventing the way our company was structured and how we did normal but critical tasks. I was looking for ways to make my job more creative and innovative. During the last few years there, I worked my way into a Marketing Manager position and within my first year we underwent a complete rebranding and a new website launch. After this, I knew that THIS is what I was missing. I knew I needed to be using my creative talents in a way to help others.

I finally decided to take the leap and quit my corporate job in 2020 to pursue my passion for digital design and creative work. And let me tell you, it was the best decision I've ever made! I’ve spent the last 6 years in the website and branding space, from building out ecommerce shops, online course platforms, Squarespace websites and podcast hosting sites to creating logos, graphics and full-suite brand identities.

Over the years, I've blended my business skills acquired in the corporate world with my natural creative talents, to bring a unique, efficient, and enjoyable experience to every project I work on. I'm a firm believer that good design is a balance of aesthetics, details and form and function.

Meet Riggs, our resident four-legged friend and chief butt wiggler here at Electric Life Media + Design. This lovable Australian Shepherd is not only a bundle of energy and joy, but also a vital member of our team.

Riggs may be small in size, but he makes up for it with a big personality. With a love for long walks, belly rubs, and playing fetch, Riggs brings a fun and lighthearted spirit to our day.

But don't let his playful demeanour fool you, Riggs is also a skilled listener and problem solver. Whether lending a sympathetic ear or helping diffuse tense situations, Riggs always knows how to put a smile on our faces.

He'll be sure to welcome you with open paws and lots of wiggles.

Meet Ruby, our proud and regal Rhodesian Ridgeback and official greeter at Electric Life Media + Design. With a strong and athletic build, Ruby commands attention and admiration wherever she goes.

But don't let her impressive appearance fool you, Ruby is a true softie at heart with a love for belly rubs and naps in the sun. She has a gentle and affectionate nature, making her the perfect pal.

When Ruby isn't lounging around or taking leisurely walks, she puts her keen sense of smell and intuition to work, assisting our team with important tasks and lending a helping paw whenever needed.

With her regal presence and charming personality, she'll leave a lasting impression.
